Chat remains the primary interface. Voice can be enabled for controlled testing without changing the core qualification logic.

Voice not enabled. Set NEXT_PUBLIC_VOICE_BETA=true and implement client audio capture + transcript handoff.

Set `NEXT_PUBLIC_VOICE_BETA=true` to expose beta interactions and UI hooks.
